Our Angus feeder calves are finished using a balanced diet consisting of grass and locally raised grain. With corn being the main ingredient, a tender and more flavorful product is produced.
Our beef has no added hormones or antibiotics and is considered all natural as defined by the USDA. This means the meat is minimally processed and contains no added coloring or additives.

Quality Meat Company makes every effort to go above and beyond the standard to make sure we produce the best end product possible. This is why we have all of our meat processed at Beutler Meat Processing located in Lafayette, Indiana. They process the meat according to the strictest standards and have a state certified meat inspector at their operation full-time. At this stage our beef is dry aged for 14 days in a controlled environment, this process increases the tenderness of the meat and enhances the flavor of the beef.
